Should we start, or should I tell you something about me?

There are Five Transformations of Energy
You can think about everything as energy, after al, isn't that what Albert Einstein said. Well, forgive me, while I'm not a scientist, I know that one of the guiding principles of the scientific method is that everything changes, it's always in a state of change, even if we can't see it right this minute. So, too, I have learned that there are five changing energies, and that they correspond to the seasons, (well the fifth is the season called Indian Summer, the few weeks right before fall. It's the time of what is called "Soil Energy") Our bodies and our health reflect the natural seasons, we come, despite our sometimes odd thinking, from nature, and are therefore bound by the laws of nature, by the inclinations of the seasons.
As we journey through life, we often find drawn to a particular season that resonates with our personality. Each season has its unique set of traits that can accurately describe different personality types. Let's explore the characteristics of each season and discover which one aligns with your personality.
As we approach the upcoming soil or Indian Summer Season, it's important explore natural means for addressing diabetes. One of the best ways to support our journey with diabetes is through the foods we eat. We'll also look at ways to process and unexpected change, and offer a way out of the disease that is vastly different from Western Medicine offers. Our approach is based on the season and helps the gut to heal as it rejuvenates the pancreas.
