Serving the Recovering Gay Community
I see us free!
We have struggled for so long, against societal perception, against self-doubt, against religious prejudices, and so much more. I say it's time we declare ourselves free. It's not a "you or me thing" anymore, being LGBTQ in the recovery community necessitates our libration to be who we truly are, to put away the artifaces that may have shaped our appearance in society, and to embrace the exceptional nature of our uniqueness. We are bonded as one. I hope my stories provide some cohesion for our struggles, the notion that I could find freedom means that any of us can. Let's read, let's write, and lets create the vision of our lives that flows naturally from our unique perspective.
